Installation

Can I install granite, marble or quartz on top of my existing countertops?

NO. We require all cabinets to be bare before installing stone on them. The only thing that should be on your cabinet bases is a 5/8" plywood if going with a 1-1/2" (2cm) Edge Profile and no plywood is required if you are going with a 1-1/4" (3cm) Edge profile. If you wish to have us handle the demolition and disposal of the existing countertops, please advise our sales representative in advance.
